We use Matomo analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve it

Matomo is hosted in our own managed environment within the same Europe hosting environment as the main service

Analytics does not collect material you provide, your email address or payment information

Temporary uploaded material is generally retained for up to 48 hours

Purchased digital files created through the service may be retained for up to 24 months

Order, payment and accounting information is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract or comply with legal obligations

Other data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to protect the service or to resolve potential claims

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, object to processing or receive your data in a portable format

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn
