Terms and Conditions
These Terms describe the purchase and use of digital products created through the service
1. Service provider and contact
Õpilk is provided by AR Tarkvara OÜ, registry code 16925912, address Tuulemurru tn 3a/2, Laagri, Saue vald, Harjumaa

2. Service and product
Õpilk allows you to create customised printable games and other digital materials using content you provide, and to preview the result before purchase
The content and main characteristics of the product are shown before purchase. The purchased digital product is made available for download after payment
No physical product is supplied unless otherwise stated for the particular product
3. Price and payment
The applicable price, currency and total amount payable are shown before you confirm payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are neither received nor stored by our system
The purchase contract is concluded after payment has been successfully confirmed and the order has been accepted
If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a technical error, we will refund the amount paid
4. Receiving your product
After successful payment, we begin preparing the purchased digital product. When it is ready, you can download it from your order page
We will also send you an email with information about your order and download
We recommend downloading the purchased file after your purchase and storing it safely
5. Right of withdrawal
Because the digital product is made available immediately after purchase, we ask you to agree to its immediate supply when placing your order
Once supply of the digital product has begun, you cannot withdraw from the purchase simply because you have changed your mind
If the purchased product is not supplied, is defective or does not match your order, your statutory rights continue to apply
6. Problems and refunds
If the purchased product is missing, unusable or defective, contact us at help@opilk.ee
We will first try to resolve the problem, for example by recreating the product or restoring access to your order
If the problem cannot be resolved, your statutory rights continue to apply, including a refund where applicable
7. Permitted use
An individual may use the purchased digital product for their own purposes and make a reasonable number of copies
If the purchaser is an organisation, its staff may use the material for the organisation’s internal activities
- The purchased digital product or materials made from it may not be resold
- The purchased digital file may not be publicly shared or distributed outside the individual or organisation that purchased it
- Material purchased or created through the service may not be added to a public resource library, marketplace or similar service for sale or distribution
8. Material provided by you
You are responsible for the text, images and other material you provide through the service
Make sure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the material you provide
Do not provide photographs or personal information about other people unless you have the necessary right or permission to do so
Do not provide material whose use would violate the law or the rights of others
9. Technical requirements
The purchased product is supplied as a digital file. To use or print it, you must have suitable equipment, software or access to a printing service
The colours and appearance of printed materials may vary depending on the printer, its settings and the materials used
10. Intellectual property
The Õpilk service, software, trademark and service-owned materials are protected by intellectual property rights
Your purchase gives you the right to use the purchased product as described in these Terms. It does not give you rights to the service, software or trademark
Rights in material provided by you remain with you or the relevant rights holder
11. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about the service or a purchase, please contact us first at help@opilk.ee. We normally respond to consumer complaints within 15 days
If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute directly, the consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or a court
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence give you additional rights, those rights also continue to apply
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms if the service, legal requirements or the way the service is provided changes
A purchase is governed by the Terms that were in force when the purchase was made. Later changes do not change the terms of an already completed purchase unless required by law
